A. hi yes you can do it gradually. offer heavy food like sheera, rab etc at night time meal which will help to decrease night time waking frequency. try to offer water instead of breastmilk . ask help from your partner or family member to put your child for sleep back by Gently patting or rubbing his or her back. stay calm consistent and positive.
