RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl11 months agoA. Both situations are normal for a child as vomiting can most commonly be seen due to stomach reflux issues and if your child is not pooping even for 10 to 12 days but taking feeding properly and the urine output is good then there is no problem
