Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the sleeping patterns of young children may change over time, but typically improve as the child ages. it is important to consider environmental factors that may affect sleep, such as temperature chfanges, digestive issues, or nasal congestion. if the child is growing well, there is usually no need to be overly concerned about their sleeping patterns as they tend to improve with time. encouraging physical activity during the day and limiting daytime naps can help improve nighttime sleep.

Okay the most common reasons that I can see over here is either your child is hungry not able to sleep because of hunger could probably be due to some kind of nightmares which are very common with kids and third could be that your child is a light sleeper so earplugs or cotton and see if that helps your child to sleep in a better way for a longer duration
