#asktheexpert my baby usually spits milk while burping. sometimes he sleeps after taking couple of burps, still after some time may be an hour becomes uneasy and gets up again for burping.

A. hello Dear mum keep the head of the baby little elevated while breastfeeding and breast feed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast also as a breastfeeding mother have lots of fluids in your diet
