#asktheexpert my Baby turns 1 last month. He is fed with Nan 3 these days. When is the right time to stop Nan and change to cows milk

A. To transition from formula to milk, either go cold turkey or do it gradually. One way to switch is to stop offering bottles and instead offer a cup of cow's milk with your baby's meals or snacks. Gradual methods include mixing milk and formula in the same cup or slowly replacing bottles with cups, one at a time.
