#AskTheExpert my baby turned 6 months...she is not sitting yet by herself but with support she can sit for 10 min.....can i offer solids ? how about formula feed al when i am not home as i am working how much quantity to offer and which formula brand is good.....boiling water how much to offer as i am offering formula it will also contain water

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, Give the baby a good support to sit comfortably , and feed, start with small quantity first , and gradually increase, formula should be added to boiled water the proportion as per the age would be mentioned on the pack
