#asktheexpert my baby spilling milk too much sometimes. giving burping every time even though spilling milk is not stopping. birth weight 3.5kg and present weight 6 kg.

The weight gain is very proper for your child the weight gain is not a problem and spit up and vomiting is also normal in this age as kids do not have a proper digestive system and they suffer with an issue of stomach reflux which is why they vomit quite a lot and that is completely normal need not worry about it
