#asktheexpert my baby soon turned 1 year,i want to know how to introduce cow milk as he is exclusively formula feed. our place is having availability of amul and mother dairy. also how and which type of salt to be introduce

A. hi. u can definetely introduce n can feed cow milk. initially add equal amount of water to give diluted milk to ur baby, gradually reduce dilution ratio. ok.
