#asktheexpert my baby slipped and fell on floor onnhis fore head....he cried immediately as he just finished his lunch he did vomit once while crying.....it has been nearly 48 hours he is asusual and playful....is one time vomit after fall is concerning....please suggest

A. So if your child is playful and not any other problem that you face other than vomiting one time then need not worry about it it’s a good indication that your child is not having any internal injuries or need not worry about it
