Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child and if the growth of the child is proper kindly do not worry about the sleeping pattern and just take care of an environmental factor which is affecting the sleep

It is all about a habit mam you have not maintained a good sleeping habit till now you must try to make your child sleep less in the morning let him stay active so that at night he must try to sleep on time so it is all about the routine you follow with your child it will take few days but if you stick to the routine it will definitely become a part of your child’s regular routineWrite Your Answer Here
