#AskTheExpert My baby sleeps only if she is breastfeeding. I tried to wean off but nothing is working. Any tips to teach her to sleep train I tried maintaining timings tried white noice keeping the room dark enough

You Just give milk with bottle today or child before your child goes to sleep like half an hour prior that your child goes to sleep and then practice even if your child is not sleeping keep trying it is going to take time put an a lot of effort because when your child will be tired by the end your child is going to sleep but don’t of a breastfeeding that’s the only option you have

Apply neem juice or garlic juice on the nipples. The bitter taste of this will discourage ur baby to suck milk from nipples.
Or u can apply femite lotion on the nipples. Take care and all the best
