#asktheexpert my baby sleeps at night little early at 8 pm he misses his dinner only he consumes milk is that okay 8 months old

A. Hello good evening !! As the baby is 7 months old you can feed semi solids twice a day mid morning and evening by 6-7 pm. Feeding early in the evenings by 6-7 pm helps in easy digestion and the baby sleeps by 8 pm ,feed the milk in the middle of the night every 2-3 hours.
