current weight depends on birth weight.if baby has gained atleast 2-2.5 kg since birth then it's adequate.continue breast feeding on single breast in single session and burp well

babies weight gain depends on their birth weight
usually they gain 500grams per month.
and ideally 3 months old baby should have weight between 4 to 6 kg.
so ensure that your child weighs enough or not
