ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 months old now current weight depends on birth weight.if baby has gained atleast 2-2.5 kg since birth then it's adequate.continue breast feeding on single breast in single session and burp well

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain 500grams per month. and ideally 3 months old baby should have weight between 4 to 6 kg. so ensure that your child weighs enough or not
