A. please visit a dentist and get it checked as nothing can be said without a complete clinical examination. do not ignore it as the milk teeth are as important as the permanent teeth

A. hi sign of nutritional deficiencies. you need to consult your pediatrician or dentist for this. Avoid giving sticky and sugary food items. brush your child teeth twice in a day. I would suggest Babyhug toothpaste for this. keep your child hydrated give calcium rich food to your child. provide Early morning sunlight for 20 minutes a day.
