In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctord so that he could iuexamine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

In probably could be bloating or something but without a Personal assessment actually you cannot be sure about the reason behind so just get a check with your doctor for better clarity on the situation because the doctor would be able to tell me what is happening
