RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Its Basically patchy or it could be a little bit of pigmentation on the skin you should consult or a girl a skin doctor or your paediatrician they will advise with the products that you should use and it would definitely require a course of medicine to balance the skin tone of the child
