#asktheexpert, my baby's nose and throat is blocked last night. what should we do if it is the same every night ?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. You can put nasal drops half an hour before you put your child to sleep put a small pillow under the head of the child for elevation and easy breathing and also you can give steam to the child indirectly that also would be good
