ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 10 month apply soframycin ointment Most of such rashes will subside on its own no need to worry about it maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output use any mild baby moisturizer available in the market

apply thin layer of coconut oil on this
as it seems like fungal rashes ,I advise to visit your pediatrician for this
keep that area clean but clean it gently
use wipes like Babyhug wipes for this
