#AskTheExpert My baby's birth weight was 2.66 kgs and now she is 4 months old and weighs around 5.6 kgs, is it normal growth or under weight? all other babies of the same age group are now more than 6.5 kgs.

A. Dear mum, weight of 5.6 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby considering a birth weight of 2.6 kg. Baby should double the birth weight by 6 months. Do not compare with other babies.
