#asktheexpert My baby's age is 3yrs 4 months and her height is 91 cm..is it fine?? what can I do to increase her height??

A. probably your baby is having appropriate height for the age moreover the height of the baby is genetically determined you can do good diet rich in protein proper physical exercise to the baby

A. Hello dear parent, as per your child's age, her height is going good enough. To increase he height u ou just massage her legs and also let her do physical activities like jumping,running, climbing. These also help in increasing height. Give her supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only . Also,height depends on hereditary.
