#asktheexpert my baby one year two months old he won't sleep properly in the night time give some solutions

A. some children do have thus type of sleep patterns so I would suggest you to let him self soothe when he wake up in the night to develop a good sleep patterns

A. it's common you can't do anything except calmness nd have patience child sleep cycle changes every month .. try to make your sleep timings with your child .. enjoy motherhood ...

A. Hello ma’am After you give dinner to your child to ours later give milk to your child and maintain a minimum gap of 40 minutes in between milk time and sleep time and then make your child sleep after that and see because once the child is full that way child tends to sleep for a longer time so try working upon these things
