#asktheexpert my baby now 10 months running what type of diet . he is eating only cerlac we start another food but he nt digest vamit food plz suggest some diet

What you are giving is practically nothing for the child so you should give proper food to the child and if you’re facing such major issues with the digestion you should have checked with your doctor they would have advised you with the medicines to regulate the system and you should give proper diet roti Sabzi everything that you are making at home
