Q.

#asktheexpert my baby keeps waking up at night for feeds. when we were in the hospital the nurse have formula and she slept through the night. is it advised to give formula only for night feeds at I'm not getting enough milk yet?

A. Yeah if you’re not getting enough milk it’s actually more sensible to the formula milk to a child because when the child would be full the childhood peacefully sleep for a longer duration and that’s very good for their mental and physical growth so if you are low on your breastfeeding as of now you can go for bottle feed
