#asktheexpert My baby just turned 6 months old how and what should we feed? we are giving him s26 gold stage 2 as top feed milk

please continue breastfeeding and giving formula milk until the completion of six months. After completion of six month you can start with ragi porridge, fruit purée, vegetable purée, water, Dal water.
Avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year. Make sure there is a gap of four hours between each solid feed and minimum of two hours To give any liquid feed.
