Hi parent It is happened due to many reasons like iron deficiency indigestion weather changes etc so I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please give luke warm water for drinking please avoid all packed food and products with refind flour please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant senitizer
