#AskTheExpert My baby isn18months old,She is still not able to learn chewing the food. And when I try to introduce solid foods she immediately voimits it.Please help me how to make her chew the food

A. Your child may have some difficulty in chewing his food as he begins to learn it initially and it is normal. With a few tips, you can make that more comfortable for him as well as peaceful for you, too. If you gradually offer foods with more texture over time, it gives your child the opportunity to develop their biting and chewing skills. Very young children with front teeth are able to bite off food, but they may not be able to grind it effectively into smaller pieces until their baby molars have come through.
