A. It's not uncommon for a breastfed baby to go without pooping for a couple of days, as breast milk is digested efficiently, and sometimes there isn't much waste left to pass. For a baby who is 65 days old (around 2 months), this can be completely normal, especially if the baby is otherwise feeding well, happy, and not showing signs of discomfort. However, if you're concerned, here are a few things to keep in mind: Signs of discomfort: If your baby seems uncomfortable, fussy, or has a bloated tummy, it could indicate that something else is going on, such as constipation or gas. Monitor other symptoms: If your baby is still feeding well, active, and doesn't seem to be in pain, it's likely just a normal variation. If there are any signs of vomiting, excessive crying, or a hard belly, it may indicate a problem that needs medical attention. Gentle tummy massage: You can try gently massaging your baby’s tummy in a circular motion to help with digestion. Bicycle legs (moving their legs as if they are pedaling a bike) can also help relieve gas or stimulate bowel movements. Hydration: Ensure your baby is feeding frequently. Breast milk provides hydration, and frequent feeds can encourage bowel movements. If the baby’s discomfort increases or you notice any unusual symptoms, it's always a good idea to consult your pediatrician for peace of mind.
