#asktheexpert my baby Ishita is 3years old and she is having constipation issues due her constipation she got fissure and skin near anal became hard what steps I have to take to treat fissure and constipation.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. muout help bh. constipation is very common in babies most of the times due to less intake of water and liquids better to give fibre diet like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits to the baby to avoid constipat

give one tbsp of butter in your child diet
or you may give juice of soaked Black raisins daily in morning
keep her well hydrated
apply coconut oil on fissure cuts which help to cure this
