#asktheexpert my baby is very lean built. she is a poor eater as well.. she is 9 months old and still on blended foods..if I give her mashed n she gags. please help

A. Hello mom you have to gradually move from liquids to mashed and semi solids to solids consistency .. try to ghee her some finger foods which are soft and juicy .. and have it together so that she observes people around her .. as she is not taking such foods which is over the period of time is necessary for her growth and development
