Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is very gassy so much so that it affects her sleep. What should I do to help her? Nothing seems to work

A. baby is 3 months old gas is a common issue and affects all new born babies. avoid bottle feeding . Burp baby well for 15 mins after each feed. Can do cycling motion of legs. Can make baby lie on tummy to relieve gas. Give gastica drops 1 ml for ease. Colic pain is worse at night and needs drops meftal spas 1 ml . Give mother feeds only

A. hi...try to follow these Home remedy through out the day for ur baby... make a paste of hing and water and apply this around babies navel in circular motion. Give tummy time that is allow your baby lie on his belly for a couple of minutes a day. You should hold your baby as upright as possible when feeding him. Do pedalling excercise Place your baby on her back. Hold her knees together and gently push her legs back, toward her tummy. Hold this position for a few seconds.
