Q.
#AskTheExpert my baby is trying hard to poop ..he cries in pain while trying ..he stretches his legs and his stomach is hard/bloated ..he is just two months old .tried the exercises mentioned in Google and giving him multi vitamin drops and vitamin D3 daily ..still nothing seems to work out ..he passes urine and gas but poop is not coming out ..

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. urine output is OK then don't worry but if your baby is urine output has reduced and your baby is passing hard stool than it is indicative of lack of proper hydration and you need to breastfeed properly at regular intervals to maintain good hydration and nutrition for him
