#asktheexpert my baby is taking feed 3-4times in a day-night .so can i do strict diet like intermittent fasting n all.please suggest me

Ur Child is only five months old as of now your child is still on your breast feeding even if it is 4 to 5 times in a day doesn’t matter if you go for a strict dieting or intermittent fasting as of now your breast feed is going to get affected so you can start it after 6 to 7 months of your delivery once your child starts eating proper semisolid food when you start any other mail for the child that would be the right time for you to go for dieting and intermittent fasting don’t ever follow strict dieting go for a normal simple dieting but intermittent fasting you can do after that
