#AskTheExpert my baby is suffering from diarrhoea since 3 days& consulted my doctor. Dr. Prescribed Syb Metrogyle and econorm sachets which i am giving as prescribed. Frequency for of watery stool has decreaed bt its till watery 5 times in day. So my ques is how mant days it will take to fully recover.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. Viral diarrhea lasts 5-14 days. Severe diarrhea only occurs on the first 1 or 2 days. But, loose stools can last for 1 to 2 weeks.
