ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom D3 is for vitamin D supplement, for that even if the child is exposed to direct sunlight it’s enough . Make sure the child is well hydrated with fluids , and having healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables, whole grain cereals and dals , milk and products, dry fruits and nuts etc
