#asktheexpert my baby is running 10 month and he is super active .. doctor pls suggest me some energy giving food.

A. The best energy rich foods are: porridge, lentils, dried apricots, bananas, eggs, yogurt, avocado, blueberries and sweet potato. Broccoli, milk, cheese, paneer and custard also are full of energy. Peanut butter is healthy and an energy booster food. You can give carrots too. Pasta is a great energy food as well.
