#asktheexpert My baby is premature child . she is 6 month old now n born in 29 weeks now I start cow milk for her .. please tlgivd me some advice for weight gain of her . she is 4400 gm right now n her birth weight is 770gm

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear parents you are advised to exclusively breast feed the baby for the initial six months of age do not start cow milk till the child complete one year and start weaning diet only after completion of 6 months of age
