Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. Nothing to worry as long as your baby is active and normal, accepting feeds and passing adequate urine. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Give good tummy time everyday. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy.
