#AskTheExpert My baby is passing the stool with red spotted blood. earlier he used to pass stool once in a day but recently frequency has increased with little blood and yellow stool. doc has prescribed course of flaggyl and entrogermina for 3 days but stool frequency has increased more. is it because of medicines? also little red spot is still coming in stool. He is mostly on formula milk.My doc has also asked to change the formula to similac isomil from emphamil which we were giving earlier. what should we do.

A. Write Your Answer Here Did you change the formula? Usually they will do a stool examination test and they will try to find out what is the cause of bleeding

A. Hi mom If the blood is still coming in the motion, then that means infection is still there in the stomach. Get ur baby examined by the doctor again. Take care
