#asktheexpert my baby is of 14 months and he is sleeping more in day about 7 to 8 hours from some days and less in night ....what can i do ? is this is problem for him

A. hello may be u can try to set a routine n avoid baby sleeping long in day so tge child will have good sleep in the night which can help n nothinh to worry about not a problem
