NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some babies are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also include dry fruits powder slowly and also give fruits and vegetables also well in the diet
