Q.

#asktheexpert My baby is now 23days now, he doesn't sleep properly, he wake every 30mins. and demand for milk at night, but in afternoon I think he is not getting enough milk. so I am one bottle of formula milk also. pls suggest what can I do for good sleep.

A. So during the nighttime also give formula milk if you are certain that you’re feeding is not enough for their child and the child is not able to sleep properly because of hunger it is more sensible to give formula feeding to the child because at the end of the day what is most important is that your child should be getting enough feeding from you to keep the child full for at least a minimum of two hours after every feeding so you should give formula milk to the child other than breastfeeding which is what is going to be helpful
