#AskTheExpert My baby is now 22 months, he is not calling me as amma, when he was at 14 months old he used to call me amma as loudly. but he is able to recognize me like where is amma , he will come to me. He will call his daddy as daddy. why this problem

A. don't worry too much. these are part of milestones. if baby recognising you then he will start calling you again. at this age..kids love to explore more rather than talks

A. You may notice that your child's development goes at its own unique pace. And that's OK — at least most of the time. Still, if you're worried that your 2-year-old isn't talking as much as their peers, or that they're still babbling versus saying actual words, it's a valid concern.
