A. Dear ma’am, make sure your kid gets to eat three meals and two healthy snacks everyday to meet her nutrient needs. For snacks, you can give soup, Sundal, fruit, corn, puffed rice, plain popcorn; nuts and dry fruits laddoo, etc and include leafy greens and millets weekly twice
