Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi well , watery or runny poop is normal for breastfed babies. but if a child is feeling discomfort like feeling exhausted , constant stomach pain , stool with mucus etc then you should consult your pediatrician.
