A. hi yes , your child weighs excellent. don't worry for this. for rashes, please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes avoid collar less tops /t-shirts and don't make your child wear mala or anything on neck. keep that area clean keep your child in well vantileted room. you can apply thin layer of coconut oil there. maintain good hygiene
