A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Switch breasts every five minutes with a Philips breastpump. Make sure each breast is stimulated for at least 15 minutes. If one breast produces more milk than the other, don’t be concerned; this is totally normal. I had the similar problem, therefore I used a Philips avent manual breast pump, which was simple to use and provided the baby with natural milk experience. After your baby has finished eating, you can use the Philips Avent pump to ensure that your breast milk is completely drained.
