You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger.
In older children a proper discipline is requirehud so that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen tiume with sometimes can be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.
RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. Your child should be sufficiently full when you’re putting your child to sleep in the night and if some kids are light sleeper so you can use cotton or earplugs to cover the ear so that external sound can be avoided so that your child can sleep better
