#asktheexpert my baby is not sleeping more than 30 minutes in a day they take 3 nap only in a day morning 7 am to evening 8 pm

A. That’s okay but if your child is sleeping very well in the night without any hassle and then that is a good option because sleeping more and proper during the nighttime is rather more important for longer duration and nighttime
