well, ideally it is normal for young babies to not pass stool Upto 7 days
so there is no need of suppository in this
please offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child
make sure your child get enough milk
give gentle massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands
move your child legs in cycling motions which definitely help to regularise bowlmovements
