Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is not eating much more except dal, bhat . when she is suffering from any illness she does not eat rice also. only she prefer cerelac 18 no . I want to know what should I give her instead of cerelac for better growth.

A. you may offer her suji sheera or raab, dal khichdi, suji kheer, wheat dailya ,vegetable siup,lentil soup. give easy to chewable , soft food to your child.. o k. ...
